Yarn Cake… of an edible sort

In honor of National Knit in Public Day this past Saturday, I made cake pops that faintly resembled yarn balls for my knitting/crocheting club.

They certainly looked better in my mind’s eye – frosting never works out the way you expect.

I also have her fantastic book, Cake Pops. Hers come out WAY better than mine. Of course, mine you don’t feel badly about eating. 😛

Welcome to the world of blogging, my dearest sister! 🙂
i had a thought when i saw Barbara’s pops for Patty to just use those big donut holes they sell @ the grocery store. Way easier and a lot less sweet! 🙂 I need to check out some ideas and try them! 🙂
